In this presentation Galen Forester discusses using Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) in the treatment of PTSD, hypervigilance, anxiety, and sleep disruption comorbid with bipolar disorder, PMDD irritable bowel syndrome and cold-induced autoinflammatory syndrome and relates five case studies in which LDN was used to treat PTSD, hypervigilance, anxiety, sleep disruption and premenstrual dysphoric disorder and other mental health issues.
Galyn Forster is an EMDR trained psychotherapist specializing in trauma therapy. Galyn has been doing therapy for 30 years and has been exploring the use of Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) as an adjuvant to psychotherapy.
