Has Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) Been Helpful in Electric Shock Injury?

Have you treated a patient who has suffered an electrical shock injury with long-term sequelae if so, has LDN been helpful in managing pain in that case?  It's too complicated because there can be multiple phenomena going on with  the ongoing symptoms following the electric shock injury. So we'd really have to know the specifics, and each one of the specifics may not be just that  I'm treating electric shock injury, but now I'm treating a burn, and now I'm treating muscles that tightened up or are now a source of pain.  Now I'm treating a stiff joint. So that's why I put in those contributing factors of nurso plastic nociceptive and neuropathic because each one of them may have a different approach.
