Has Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) been Used for Eczema in Infants or Children?

Has LDN been successful with eczema in infants or children as a topical?  It depends on the area and the size of the area being treated, but yes, it has been used frequently and successfully.  Generally it is started at a much lower dose and for itching and can be used up to four times a day.

I've even seen it used for itching specifically for eczema.  When we see eczema in infant and children there's usually a dietary issue going on. It is usually connected to an exposure to re to gluten and  to dairy.  We use LDN orally for eczema in all ages.

My grandson had it and we removed the food gluten and dairy.  And made sure his mother who was nursing him also removed gluten and dairy from her diet.

Yes, you can use LDN topically with infants and eczema.
