Has Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) Worked for Mast Cell Activation Syndrome?

I've heard about people using LDN to treat pain from Mast Cell Activation Syndrome.  How does LDN work for MCAS?  Well, I hope that I answered that.  It appears to suppress or antagonize toll-like receptor 4.  There are other mechanisms in terms of suppression of T cells.  We don't have a lot of good studies. However, most of it is anecdotal.  But what I would be doing with Mast Activation Syndrome would be trying to down-regulate the meso, as well as to antagonize the products of the mast cell.
