Hashimoto's - Test before starting Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)  what um what are the thyroid and other markers that should be monitored on LDN?

I think the antibodies are very important. You should look at TSH; you should look at T4; you should look at T3; you should look at free T3. So those are probably the most important thyroid panel tests I guess I would look at with LDN. If you're starting LDN, I would recheck labs six to eight weeks after you start LDN on a thyroid patient, specifically like a Hashimoto's patient
