Have you heard peppermint supplement and mango leaf extract help with brain fog?
The peppermint supplement probably helps with brain fog because of the gut brain connection. So yes, I've heard of that, because that is part of the reason that people are getting brain fog, because their guts are not healthy. I have not really looked at the idea of mango leaf.
