How can I buy naltrexone?

Naltrexone at higher doses (50-100 mg) was FDA approved in the 1980s for treatment of opioid and alcohol abuse. 

Low dose naltrexone has not been approved by the FDA and is not manufactured commercially by a drug company, so it is only available through compounding pharmacies. 

LDN does require a prescription from a licensed medical practitioner.
