How Do You Dose Twice a Day with Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)?
Twice a day dosing. Are there any questions about doing this? We've had many people. There used to be quite a strong movement for people with ulcerative colitis using it twice a day and certainly, we still have maybe a couple of hundred patients who do take it twice a day, but the only question I would say is leave as long between the doses as possible to give some washout period between them. You're looking at 12 hours. That would be the time to do that. I don't know if anyone else has any other experience.
