How do you know when a patient has gone past their best dose of Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)?

Well, how do you know when a patient has gone past their best dose and should decrease to the previous dose?

Well, if you're building LDN up, essentially feeling better and better and better, or you're not feeling anything at all, so you start feeling better, but then you start feeling worse again, you should be hopefully journaling or keeping a record of your dosage and just go back to the prior dosage.

That's the only way you're going to know. It’s either, LDN doesn't have many side effects, but I usually tell people when you have a return of your symptoms and it doesn't make any sense because you're getting more of what the good stuff is, go back to wherever that sweet spot is.
