How Do You Lower Your Dose of Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)?

If someone thinks they may be on too high a dose at 4.5 what would be your regimen for lowering it to find out.  Drop down slowly at what interval?  Stop and restart at a much lower level and increase slowly if necessary or another way as I said I would restart completely and start at a very low dose.  No matter what you have to have a compounded medication. We compound 100s.  100 micrograms and we also compound routinely 500s.  When you get up to  500 as one of your doses you don't want to be taking five capsules four times a day so we have available to the patient a 500 microgram capsule and a 100 microgram capsule and that's what they use for titration.  Once they've reached the dose then you can reconfigure what the capsule is. You could make it let's say a patient at 3.4 total for the day 1.7 twice a day or however you want to break it up.
