How important is it to take Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) at the exact same time every day?

How important is it to take Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) at the exact same time every day?

How important is it to take LDN at the exact same time every day? In particular, if I am trying to take it after eating a meal to avoid triggered nausea, that can be tricky. 

Yeah, it can be. Take it before a meal. You know, it doesn't have to be taken exactly, right? But if you take it within an hour or so, I think you'll be fine. Perhaps have it compounded with ginger. Maybe that would help with the nausea as well.
