How long does Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) take to block the body’s receptors?

The half-life of Low Dose Naltrexone is about 4 hours. So, when it is taken there is a blockade that gradually reduces over the course of 4 hours to half the amount, and then again by half in the next 4 hours. At this point, it is probably not clinically relevant.
