How Long Should You Allow for a Washout Period with Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)?

I missed some of what you said about stopping and having a washout.  I think you said  two months is that right?  No, Two to four weeks.  Two to four weeks, sorry and starting over at a lower dose.  How long should the washout period be until should I restart at?  I would imagine you would go back to starting again at your original dose. Would that be what you would advise, 1.5?  Or even 0.5  Yeah, so actually going off for two to four weeks and then restarting at the lower dose which you originally started at.
