How Many People Do You Need for an Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) Study?

How many people do you think you would need for a good study? If you could track them before they started LDN so you had a good baseline and then follow them through, hopefully, to pain-free, what sort of number would you think?  Well, it would be great to have at least 100 patients and then do that at multiple centers using the same protocols so that you could have a systematic review and collapse the data because it's similar enough.  Then we could have really large population studies.
