How quickly can I increase the dose of Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) for COVID

It can take many months for the meds to have an effect. Actually, the protocol to change is to ramp it up every seven days. I do ramp it up every five days in people with severe COVID. So far that hasn't been an issue. I stop at 4.5mg. I have one patient on 6.0mg, but I'm using it for obesity, and she weighs 420 pounds, so she's on 6.0mg. I haven't given anybody above 4.5mg. I have a number of people that couldn't tolerate 4.5mg; they're on 3.0mg. Since it's compounded, you can make it any dose you want it to be.
