Does LDN help with IC?
I certainly use LDN with IC. There's a number of things I use with interstitial cystitis. Certainly it may be an autoimmune disease. Some people do better without gluten with IC. I think there's a fungal component to IC, so I usually treat it with Diflucan 100 milligrams bid and then I give herbal therapies for 12 months for IC. There are many other therapies you can look at. It's a heart disease process, but certainly LDN would not hurt in that disease
