Is it better to take Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) before or after a meal?

It doesn't make any difference. LDN is very, very bioavailable when taken orally, sublingually, liquid, or capsule.
Probably should be taken on an empty stomach to get the best peak level. Maybe don't eat anything for 15 to 20 minutes before or after, it doesn't really make any difference. You're still going to get the full load of LDN and it's still absorbed very quickly into your bloodstream. It doesn't make any difference.
