Is it correct that Ultra  Low Dose Naltrexone (ULDN) can safely be taken with opioids?

Is it correct that Ultra Low Dose Naltrexone can safely be taken with opioids? If yes, how low should the dose be?

So when we look at the oxytrex study, that was one microgram taken with five milligrams of Oxycodone, and that was only taken once or twice a day.

So ultra low dose can be taken with opioids, short acting or immediate release opioids, but in very, very, very small doses and for about 60 days at the most, because by then someone will be usually off their opiates, and then they can start titrating up their Naltrexone dose.

Again, needs to be done under the supervision of someone who really understands the ins and outs.
