Is it harmful if you have autoimmune disease taking Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) twice a day?

Is it harmful if you have autoimmune disease taking it twice a day? I take AM and PM dose currently. I also have other conditions and the LDN has helped with those, but not so much for my labs, for antibodies. Thank you for your work.

Well, you're very welcome. Usually, Low Dose Naltrexone for autoimmune is usually once a day. That's what we've seen in the scientific research. And the reason is because we want it to work on those endorphins and modulate the immune system and upregulate those receptors. And if we have too much Low Dose Naltrexone on board, meaning twice a day, three, four times a day, we actually lose that capability.
