Is it okay to take Co-codamol 4 hours after LDN? And how many a day is okay?
After 4 hours or so you can take Co-codamol and the Codeine may not be quite as effective as it was before, but you're certainly going to get the benefit from the Paracetamol and maybe a little bit of the Co-codamol.
Co-codamol, if they're 8/500, generally, you're not going to see a major difference in pain control from swapping Co-codable 8 by 500 to Paracetamol or Tylenol 500 milligrams. We would say that baseline pain control, two Paracetamol at 1 gram of Paracetamol or Acetaminophen, Tylenol four times a day is perfectly sensible.
If you need to take Co-codamol, then absolutely taking Co-codable give a four hour gap just to make sure that you don't interfere with the Codeine too much by taking Naltrexone. So, it's perfectly sensible.
