Is it worth trying Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) for Eye Inflammation?

I have a family member with a mysterious acute eye inflammation that is currently defying diagnosis, Is it worth trying Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)? Oh my gosh.  That is a great question. Um at the last, at the  2021 conference, we actually had a pharmacist who spoke specifically on using LDN in an eye drop and how it actually reduces inflammation there at the cellular site within the eye. And again, that has to be compounded at a very specific type of pharmacy, right so that is something that not all pharmacies are equipped to do. It's a very specific base it has a very specific shelf life.  If I remember right, it's refrigerated, but don't hold me to that. But again because LDN is such low risk it would definitely be worth helping especially if there's so much inflammation. So give it a shot. The other thing, too, is that if it doesn't seem to be changing much in the next  60, 90 days, literally stop the LDN in the eye drop, and you've lost nothing.
