Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN): I talked about Epstein Barr Virus (EBV) just a few minutes ago, and again, Dr Holtorf did a fantastic job with going over Epstein-Barr, and I believe there was another naturopath that did as well.

Taking a look at interpreting lab results and expanding on that is not necessarily my wheelhouse, that isn't necessarily my scope of practice. But what I will say is that low-dose naltrexone can be very beneficial when we're dealing with an underlying viral infection. Yes there can be blooms. Sometimes your titers will go up before they'll come back down, That doesn't necessarily mean that you should stop Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN). It means that you just need to give it a little bit of time
