What would the lower dose for vertigo be considered?  The starting doses too.

If you're having vertigo or any type of unpleasant symptoms when you're on a dose, I would probably try to drop down to either 1.5 or 1.0 milligrams even. Some patients are pretty sensitive to medications and they might start at like 0.5 milligrams. Don't feel like you have to go up to 4.5 milligrams. I think it's important to note that a lot of patients don't get that high, and they still receive a lot of benefit down at those lower dosages.
