Is Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) helpful for Meniere's Disease?

This is a relatively rare disease of the ear that can end up resulting in hearing loss. I don't have that many patients on it.  I was having a quick look in the database. I think over the years, I've got about 20 to 25 of them, of which a quarter of them are still taking it 3, 7, 5 years.  So it clearly did something for them, but if anyone else has anything to add to that one.  The one thing with Meniere's is that we've also seen that aldosterone has been very helpful in working. Usually, there's an aldosterone deficiency with Meniere's.  Perhaps even a B vitamin deficiency. So again, as a monotherapy  LDN is helpful, but sometimes using some of those other possible medications to get at the root issue, and again I don't think that two Meniere's patients are exactly the same. So I think we have to look at the individual.
