Question: I am interested in how this is used for weight loss dosing recommendations and how long you can use it

So actually LDN is in a commercial product in the United States in combination with bupropion, and so you can use LDN. It's normally twice daily dosing, and we're talking probably eight milligrams twice a day. That's very common for weight loss dosing. It's been known to help with cravings. It's been known to help stop that desire to eat, basically, and so it has been used, and we have seen some success with weight loss .
