Do you have experience with major depression patients or other anxiety disorders?

Yes. With LDN, yes. I do believe there's an inflammatory component, My personal opinion in depression is of an inflammatory component coming from two parts: the gut not being healthy, and many people as you know, with depression, PTSD etc, are poor methylators. So it's not just one thing. But there's enough in the medical literature to suggest that you also should look at the gut when it comes to depression, PTSD, anxiety, etc; and a lot of that inflammation comes from the gut itself. So, in healing the gut, LDN has been shown to be beneficial
