This case report describes the treatment of a 61-year-old man with biopsy-proven follicular lymphoma . His initial physical examination and PET/CT scan showed multiple large, metabolically active, pathologic lymph nodes that impressively demonstrated complete resolution within 6 months of commencing therapy with nocturnally administered LDN. LDN demonstrates significant potential to increase disease-free as well as overall survival in people with follicular lymphoma.
