Severe stress as dysphoria

I've seen patients suffering with severe stress and dysphoria when starting with LDN, even at 1.0mg. Have I seen this with COVID 19?

I have. Side effects with LDN are usually dose dependent. It's like anything. I razz people when I get hormones: you start low and go slow. For many patients with LDN, I do the same. You can start with 0.5mg; you can start with 0.1mg; you can start with picograms of LDN. Every patient is different and will depend on their age, status of their liver, etc; and as you have pointed out, how stressed they are. Of course it is helpful if you deal with the stress with stress reduction techniques, prayer, meditation, tai chi, yoga, qigong, exercise, massage, breathing techniques, adaptogenic herbs, calming herbs; all of those things help as well;
