Should I take Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) in the morning so I don’t ‘hit the wall’ in the afternoon?

I take LDN at night, but then hit the wall around 2:00 p.m., very, very tired. Sleep doesn't appear to be disrupted. Should I take in the morning so that wall occurs at night? I've tried not taking it, and the p.m. tiredness doesn't happen, so I think it's the LDN.

Sure. Switch the dose. Not to be weird, but there could also be a postprandial response. So if you eat a big lunch and it's heavy in carbs, you might be getting that postprandial, like, ooh, got to get some sleep. Very, very common. I would increase my protein.

Another option is there's a couple of people who've started combining the dosing with Methylene Blue, 5mgs, once to twice a day, just to help with energy systems during the day. We're seeing a lot of patients with mitochondrial dysfunction also have these other disorders, Or a better way to say it is: a lot of these patients who were already treating with LDN have Mitochondrial Dysfunction. And this tiredness, this exhaustion, your immune system has been under attack forever and a day, so it's something that you can consider adding.

Me personally, B6, B12, B2 and Methylene Blue. That seems to be a good combination for these patients who are still tired or hit the wall. But first, look at the foods you eat at lunch. Always look at the foods you eat. If I find I hit the wall, if I eat a big sandwich, like too much bread at lunch, I'm done at 3:00.
