Should You Fix Gut Issues Before Adding Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)?

I'm at 0.5 milligrams and it is helping a lot but I still have food sensitivities pretty intensely or I would get pretty reactive when I try to kill bacteria in my gut.  Will going up help?  This goes right out with Michelle's. I'm a big believer in gluten-free and fixing the gut first before you even add LDN.   I think you've got to first fix the gut, and check vitamin D levels, just like Janine was saying, and then I think yes going up slowly will very much help.  You really have to fix the tight junctions in the gut, especially if you have many food sensitivities.  Probably pulling out things from your diet and then slowly seeing what is actually causing those types of food sensitivities to be intense, I guess, and so I'm a big believer in gluten-free.
