Strategies for reducing excess body fat... - Jill Brook, MA (2021 Conference) (LDN, low dose naltrexone)
CDC data shows that about half of adult Americans report they are actively trying to lose weight at any given time, across all age groups and both genders, with rates being a little higher among women. Newer findings that suggest that while calories still matter a great deal, other factors are important and can be used to help lose excess fat without having to exercise more or eat less. Using case studies, Jill discusses some research findings relevant to fat loss strategies for people who can't change their diet or exercise much.
