Is there any sign that Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) will be accepted by the NHS and prescribed by them?

We have seen a lot of inquiries from NHS doctors because of Long COVID. LDN seems to be almost first-line therapy for Long COVID in the private sector; a lot of NHS doctors are now coming across it in a way they've never experienced it before. I think one of the outcomes from COVID and Long COVID is that the world knows a lot more about Low Dose Naltrexone than it used to, including the medical profession.

Are we seeing it more on the NHS?

We do look at the prescribing data once a year on the trend over the last year, but I'm actually not doing that until the 16 October when I meet up with that group. I don't know yet, but maybe we'll find out. The prescribing data is often interesting because it waxes and wanes depending on local health boards and how much they're trying to cut spending on unlicensed measures and certain types.
