Is There a Lab Test to Determine TH1 and TH2 Status?

Is there a lab test to determine TH 1 and TH2 status?  l TH1 and TH2 status is a very limited.  There is also TH17 and t-regs.  We would order a T Cell effect panel.  Places like LabCorp in the U.S and other companies who do immunology testing can do those.  There is a lot of information in the results.  It gives you the activity and levels of the different T Cell families and the TH cell families.  I believe there are some commercial labs that do TH testing.
