Changing the timing of Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) for insomnia and vivid dreams

Some people have twice-a-day dosing or morning dose of Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN).

I have seen many people change to morning dosing because they couldn't get rid of insomnia which might affect one or two per cent of people. It is not high; I now sleep better taking LDN.

After changing the timing of LDN insomnia, vivid dreams are gone, but vivid dreams can be fun. Sometimes you may remember your dreams very clearly.
