What are the mast cell mediators that cause muscle pain and ligament laxity?

I think that things like EDS and growth of tissues, these are specific growth, not hormones, but growth mediators.

Dr. Afrin has given a theory that basically when you're in utero or afterwards and you develop Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, it's those mediators that are stimulating growth of your tissues, your ligaments, your tendons. And that's why you develop HEDS, which also makes sense since at this point HEDS is different than all the other 13 EDS’s, because you don't have a gene associated with it. And perhaps it's Mast Cell driven and they did a biopsy showing there were more Mast Cells around a joint than a normal person.
