What are your thoughts on the Norwegian protocol and Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)? 

Norwegian protocol found that some members had fewer side effects starting at 4.5 versus 6 versus the more levels of .5. 
Again, I'm going to point to this discussion of starting high, staying high. They are really, really going to like that responder rate, 50%. Right. We know 4.5 is going to capture about 50%. Seems like it's really effective because we're there. Look how fast it works. The dropout rate is too high for me. Sorry. I'm still very much in favor of this low titration in. There's too much genetic variability. There's too much information here to ignore. And I would rather have a slower titration and capture everyone than a high, fast titration and capture half. And that's just me, because that's where we have to be. Too many case reports of patients coming back at 2 milligrams. My practice alone, we had a bunch of migraine patients and they were all below two milligrams. Starting them at 4.5, they would have discontinued after two or three doses. They would have been like, no. Made things worse. Get out of here. So I don't want to do that.
