What can be done with Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) to eliminate headaches?

I was taking six milligrams of LDN for psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis and Graves' disease for approximately four years. and then it was titrated up to seven milligrams, which I've been on for the past two years. I am 98% psoriasis free and have been Psoriatic Arthritis free since 2019. I seem to have developed severe headaches over the past year, wondering if it could be caused by increasing the dose to seven milligrams.

That's a great question. First of all, wonderful for you that you're free of the psoriatic arthritis and all the plaques and the discomfort that that goes along with. And again, six milligram is considered getting up there.
Seven milligrams is getting up there as well. What you can do is perhaps reduce your dose, maybe try six and a half milligrams. Maybe that will help with your severe headaches or check your Thyroid function tests as well.

Headaches can be caused by that. And perhaps your Graves' disease is no longer Graves. Maybe it's gone the other direction. Perhaps you're over-medicated. It's hard to say what's going on with your thyroid function.

I would definitely have a complete panel done and that would include TSH, Free T4,Free T3 and both antibodies, TPO and thyroglobulin. And hopefully that will give you some clues, but you can always try reducing your LDN dose as well.
