What's a good dose of LDN to take if you get COVID and want to decrease the likelihood of long COVID?

I don't know that actually because they haven't studied that specific question, but it looks like you could probably start the 1.5 and then titrate up traditionally. You could even start lower. Nobody really knows for sure. But I think the FLCCC is recommending the 1.5, titrating up every one to two weeks, then to three, then you can go every one to two weeks up to 4.5. And that's I think what I would try if you get COVID
