What is an Effective Dose of Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) for ME-CFS?

A patient has severe ME/CFS which stands for encephalomyelitis or chronic fatigue syndrome.  The patient has been bed bound for three and a half years and is taking LDN 1.5 mg daily and is wondering if there is research about what is an effective dose for treating these conditions.   The LDN Research Trust website has tons of information, specifically on chronic fatigue.

To decide on which dose is best for the patient it's going to be very specific.  It depends on how the patient is feeling.  It is possible that the patient needs more than once a day dosing because any type of inflammation and chronic fatigue needs the inflammation to go down so it is possible that the patient needs more than once a day dosing.
