What is the half-life of Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)?
Last time I checked, I think Naltrexone had a half-life of a few hours, but I'd have to look it up. But the idea of using low dose Naltrexone is that it's mostly out of your system in 10 or 12 hours, so you can get that rebound effect.
That's thought to be the major difference between using a low dose of LDN and the high dose of LDN. That could explain also why some people need a higher dose, a low dose, some people might metabolize it faster, metabolize it slower.
So I don't know what the exact half-life is, you know, I'd have to look it up in the drug manuals.
