What Herbs and Supplements are Th1 Pushers?

How can I find out what kind of supplements or herbs are TH1 pushers?  I'm not remembering the author's name at this moment, and it has been a long time, but if you search for the acronym for this called N like Nancy, D like dog and N like Nancy, R  like race so NDNR.  Also put in  TH1 and then TH2.  You should be able to find a paper published in the last three years.  I believe it has probably the best review of natural substances and TH activity. It is in the NDNR paper and the full text is available online. I apologize that I can’t remember the author's name.
