What is the highest dose you consider to be still low dose?
I think I answered this a couple times when I was talking about the survey. In my mind, I think anything less than like 20 or 25 milligrams is still considered to be low dose.
Again, you don't want to push it. It's very, very rare for somebody to respond to a dose more than 9 or 12 milligrams. I think out of like the thousands of patients that I've treated, I think I've only had a handful of patients do better on a higher dose, higher than 10 or 12 milligrams. In some clinical settings, the cutoff is 9 milligrams or less, but there are certain circumstances where higher doses may be beneficial to some patients.
