What is The Mechanism of Action of Topical Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)?

What is the mechanism of action of topical LDN if it's not the endorphin rebound?  It's the toll receptors for the most part. You're attenuating toll receptors.

Do you attenuate the endorphin rebound?  You're not going to see the rebound effect or the auto the immunomodulatory effects with the topical that you see with the oral. It just doesn't happen.
