What is the safest filler when taking LDN for autoimmune or cancer and if applicable the least problematic for people in regards to gluten or dairy? Great question. This is very patient-specific.  I will say generally, microcrystalline cellulose is an excellent filler for most patients but that's not the only filler.  You can do rice flour.  Sometimes patients prefer sugar.  I've seen ginger.  This is a really patient-specific question but I would say overall microcrystalline cellulose is probably the top filler you will see and hear about.  That is probably the preferred one I would say on that and then it goes into allergies.
