What's a Good Treatment for High Apple E4 gene?

Dr. Yiachos, can you speak to this situation?  A 60-year-old man with apple E4 Gene, high cardiac calcium score, has very low cholesterol, fasting blood glucose high 90s, was put on a statin.  What would you do in this case?  The apple E4 gene is highly responsive to lifestyle modification.   I'm not sure that I would drop,  ldl's very low.  I would look for these other modalities to try to reverse that cardiac calcium score that we talk about such as phosphatidylcholine; using K2, but that apple E4 gene is highly responsive to lifestyle modification, Mediterranean diet,  fasting, and there may be some peptides that could be very helpful in the way the apple E4 is manifesting.  

Maybe look for other natural ways to lower cholesterol so that this person isn't as reliant on statins, which could have some detrimental effect given that apple E4s predilection for also causing cognitive issues long term. Again, lifestyle modification, I think, is the best.
