When taking LDN two to three times per day is there a desirable amount of time to wait in between daily doses?

The half-life is generally four to six hours but this can vary for patients. Normally you're going to spread it out but you may find if you're taking this for depression or maybe for pain that you find the perfect times in your day. You can time this out that you see the most benefit. It is important to try that compared to trying to schedule times. You may find 11 AM and 6 PM these are your sweet spots for dosing. That makes sense for you going to sleep and seeing the best benefits. The half-life is four to six hours but then really it kind of depends on the patient at what time they notice symptoms versus what their daily schedule is.
