When Should I have Labs when Taking Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) and Thyroid Medications?

I'm on low-dose thyroid medication at what point of LDN protocol should I reevaluate and possibly adjust the doses? I am taking Levothyroxine 25 micrograms, L thyronine 7.5 microgram.

Any time you're on thyroid and  LDN  you need to evaluate four to six weeks and continue to do that until your doses are normalized.  In other words if you're on 25 of T4 and 7.5 of T3 and TSH isn't moving, free T4 isn't moving, free T3 isn't moving, total in and totals of the T4 and T3 are not moving and you're on LDN let's say 4.5 milligram we're good that's where we're at and then evaluate that in six to 12 months.  If you change your LDN dose, if you change your T4 dose, if you change your T3 dose, you've got to keep looking at it about every four to six weeks until everything kind of hits its normal plateau.

It is super individualized but usually thyroid's on board before we start LDN. We need to brig We bring down the antibody levels and then we can help normalize thyroid T4 and T3 levels, TSH normalizes and then we can bring down that medication level as well.
