When Should I Stop Taking Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) Before a Cesarean?

When to stop LDN before a scheduled elective cesarean section? So, if you know you will have a cesarean section three days before that date, you need to stop taking LDN. If you were going to have a cesarean section in 3 days, then today is the last dose you get to take. After your C-section, if you're using pain medications, don't use them real close to the LDN, if at all. When you're off of your pain medications, then go right back to the LDN.  

Also, you can take LDN when nursing the baby. What passes through the breast milk is such a small amount that there aren't any issues. There have been worldwide studies and there has been no documentation of issues.
