When should Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) be taken twice a day rather than once a day? 

So usually those doses are 12 hours apart. However, I do have a subset of patients that are taking that in the morning, and again, around dinner time, or they're taking it around lunchtime and bedtime. 
Some people will take it even, you know, late afternoon and bedtime, it really depends on what's going to work best for you.
