Will Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) Affect a Nursing/Breastfeeding Infant?

Can nursing women take LDN for their autoimmune issues with no concern affecting their nursing infant?

LDN can be used by nursing mothers. At high doses of 50 milligrams, the commercial product has been shown to be excreted in the breast milk, but at these lower doses, it is still very much used a lot for the mother to continue taking while she is nursing.
